Position Title Kafka Developer Experience 5-8 Years Location All Locations Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Kafka Developer to design develop and maintain Apache Kafka-based streaming solutions The candidate will work on building real-time data pipelines optimizing Kafka clusters and integrating Kafka with various systems to support large-scale high-performance data streaming and processing Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain Kafka producers consumers topics and streams Build and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka Optimize Kafka clusters for performance scalability and fault tolerance Integrate Kafka with databases applications and other streaming tools Implement Kafka security features such as ACLs encryption and authentication Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka performance issues Collaborate with data engineering development and DevOps teams Maintain Kafka documentation configurations and monitoring dashboards Stay up to date with Kafka releases best practices and emerging tools in the streaming ecosystem Technical Skills 1 line Apache Kafka Kafka Streams Kafka Connect Kafka Cluster Management Real-Time Data Pipelines Message Queuing Systems Java Scala Zookeeper KRaft Schema Registry Security Access Control Monitoring Troubleshooting Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event streaming systems Solid knowledge of Kafka architecture cluster management and message delivery semantics Proficiency in Java or Scala for Kafka stream processing Experience with Kafka Connect Schema Registry and related ecosystem tools Understanding of real-time data processing and distributed systems Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative teams Job Type Full-time Pay 750 000 00 - 950 000 00 per year Work Location In person
