- Sr Account Manager Position Sr Account Manager Industry Manufacturing Location Sector- 132 Noida Reports to Managing Director CEO Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Strategy Leadership Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company s manufacturing goals Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth cost control and profitability Partner with operations supply chain and sales teams to ensure financial objectives are met 2 Budgeting Forecasting Reporting Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes Monitor and analyses monthly quarterly and annual financial performance Prepare accurate MIS reports board presentations and investor communications 3 Cost Working Capital Management Implement cost control systems across production procurement logistics and inventory Monitor material costs Labour efficiency and overheads to improve margins Optimize working capital by managing receivables payables and inventory levels 4 Compliance Risk Management Ensure compliance with statutory tax and regulatory requirements Oversee audits internal controls and risk management frameworks Safeguard company assets and ensure robust financial governance 5 Funding Capital Structure Manage banking relationships credit facilities and funding requirements Evaluate capital investment projects and ensure ROI-based decision-making Support M A joint ventures and strategic partnerships if required 6 Leadership Team Development Lead mentor and build a high-performing finance and accounts team Drive adoption of ERP systems and digital financial tools Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability Qualifications Experience CA CPA CFA MBA Finance or equivalent qualification 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of cost accounting supply chain finance and manufacturing KPIs OEE yield scrap etc Experience in ERP systems and financial modelling Proven track record in fundraising financial restructuring and investor relations Key Skills Strategic financial planning execution Costing pricing and margin optimization Strong analytical problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication Negotiation and stakeholder management Deep understanding of manufacturing processes HR- (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 150 000 00 - 200 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Manufacturing 10 years Required Manufacturing management 10 years Required Work Location In person
