Job Title Accounts Executive - Tally Data Entry Department Accounts Finance Location Your Location Employment Type Full time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive - Tally Data Entry to handle day-to-day accounting entries maintain records and ensure accuracy of financial data using Tally ERP The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles Tally software and basic Excel skills Key Responsibilities Enter and update daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP Maintain accurate books of accounts including sales purchases receipts and payments Handle bank entries cash vouchers and petty cash transactions Assist in preparing GST TDS and other statutory reports Reconcile bank statements and vendor customer ledgers Generate and maintain invoices bills and supporting documents Support senior accountants in monthly annual closing of accounts Ensure timely data entry with accuracy and compliance Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Diploma in Commerce Accounting or Finance Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Basic knowledge of MS Excel Word 1-3 years of experience in accounts data entry or bookkeeping Understanding of accounting concepts like debit credit ledgers and reconciliation Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately Preferred Qualifications Experience in telecom ISP or service industry accounting Knowledge of GST TDS filing process Key Competencies Accuracy attention to detail Time management and efficiency Confidentiality in handling financial data Team collaboration Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Data entry 2 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
