This role is for one of our clients Company name SutraHR Industry Technology Information and Media Seniority level Associate level Min Experience 3 years Location Bengaluru JobType full time We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing fintech team and play a pivotal role in building secure scalable and resilient financial applications You will work at the intersection of development operations and security driving automation continuous delivery and operational excellence for mission-critical fintech systems This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment implement best-in-class DevOps practices and ensure our platforms meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance What You ll DoCI CD Release Management Build maintain and optimize CI CD pipelines to enable fast reliable and secure releases Infrastructure Automation Implement Infrastructure as Code IaC using Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation to provision and manage cloud and hybrid environments Cloud Operations Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure AWS Azure GCP for performance cost and compliance in a regulated environment Containerization Orchestration Deploy monitor and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes Monitoring Observability Set up logging monitoring and alerting frameworks Prometheus Grafana ELK CloudWatch to ensure high availability and system health Security Compliance Embed DevSecOps practices ensuring adherence to PCI-DSS SOC2 GDPR and other regulatory requirements Collaboration Performance Tuning Partner with development teams to enhance system performance reliability and security Incident Management Troubleshooting Lead production issue resolution root cause analysis and post-incident improvements Continuous Improvement Advocate automation standardization and process improvements across engineering teams What We re Looking ForEducation Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience 3-5 years in DevOps Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering roles Technical Expertise Linux Unix administration and troubleshooting CI CD tools Jenkins GitLab CI CD GitHub Actions Cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP Containers Orchestration Docker Kubernetes Scripting Automation Python Bash Go or PowerShell Databases APIs Experience with SQL NoSQL and API-driven systems Strong understanding of security best practices in regulated industries Preferred Bonus Skills Experience in fintech banking payments or insurance Working knowledge of financial transaction systems core banking platforms or payment gateways Familiarity with serverless architectures AWS Lambda Azure Functions Exposure to event-driven systems Kafka RabbitMQ Relevant certifications AWS DevOps Engineer Kubernetes Administrator etc Core Skills DevOps u007C Cloud Infrastructure u007C AWS Azure GCP u007C CI CD u007C Kubernetes u007C Docker u007C Python Bash Go u007C Infrastructure as Code u007C Monitoring Logging u007C DevSecOps u007C Fintech Platforms
