Job Requirements Develop and review 3D models and visual mock-ups of fabricated components using CAD software Creo Interpret and validate engineering drawings blueprints and technical prints for fabrication feasibility Plan and prepare detailed fabrication process plans including welding machining and assembly sequences Evaluate and recommend appropriate weld parameters e g voltage current speed filler materials for different joints and materials Coordinate with design quality and shop-floor teams to align planning activities with project timelines and production goals Identify and resolve design fabrication conflicts during the planning phase Support material take-off MTO and BOM generation for fabrication tasks Assist in the optimization of jigs fixtures and tooling required for efficient fabrication Participate in process audits and reviews to ensure adherence to fabrication standards and safety guidelines Work Experience Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or related fields 3 -5 years of relevant work experience Strong proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and visualization - Creo Experience in Visualisation mock-up - Vis Mockup Solid knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and GD T principles Positive understanding of fabrication techniques especially related to welding processes GMAW GTAW SMAW etc Working knowledge of weld symbols procedures WPS PQR and weld parameter settings Experience in fabrication planning routing and shop-floor documentation Familiarity with fabrication industry codes and standards ASME AWS ISO Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills
