Job Title Sr Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out Location Mumbai Pan India Project Management Travel Contract Type Full Time Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sr Project Manager to manage Interior Fit-Out works projects The ideal candidate should have practical experience in interior execution strong site coordination capabilities and the ability to manage timelines under pressure Key Responsibilities Project Execution Site Management Oversee day-to-day in office activities and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out works Ensure timelines quality and specifications are met as per project requirements Documentation Reporting Prepare daily work reports material movement logs and progress updates Maintain proper documentation and reporting to senior management Client Coordination Act as a liaison between clients consultants and the site team Manage approvals updates and feedback in a timely and professional manner Vendor Workforce Management Coordinate with vendors subcontractors and suppliers for timely deliveries and execution Monitor resource efficiency and ensure work is done as per plan On-Site Problem Solving Safety Identify site issues proactively and provide quick practical solutions Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain proper site decorum Timely Delivery Plan and ensure project completion well within the 120-day contract period Required Qualifications Skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects Corporate Hospitality In-depth knowledge of construction techniques materials and finishes Strong leadership documentation and communication skills Proficient in MS Office working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred Ability to handle pressure and multiple responsibilities simultaneously Additional Information Full-time on-site presence is mandatory To Apply Please share your updated CV with the subject line Application - Sr Project Manager Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Application Deadline 28 07 2025
