We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled individual for the role of Advertisement Executive cum Telephonic Support Executive The ideal candidate will handle advertising and promotional activities while also providing telephonic support to clients This is a dual-role position involving creativity communication and customer service Key Responsibilities Advertisement Executive Duties Plan and manage advertising campaigns to promote products Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and marketing materials Run and monitor digital ads Amazon Flipkart Google Facebook Instagram etc Analyze ad performance and prepare reports Stay updated on trends in advertising and marketing Telephonic Support Duties Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Provide product information resolve queries and assist with basic troubleshooting Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support Requirements Diploma degree in Marketing Communications or any related field 1 year of experience in advertising marketing or customer support Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms preferred Positive organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office Excel Word Email Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
