Job Title Production Supervisor Department Production Manufacturing Reporting To Production Manager Plant Manager Role Overview The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality safety and efficiency standards Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan Monitor machine operations manpower allocation and workflow Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs Coordinate with maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance Maintain production records reports and shift logs Ensure safety housekeeping 5S and compliance with company policies Train and guide operators and helpers on processes and safety Reduce wastage rework and downtime Coordinate with stores quality and planning departments Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
