Job Title AI Practice Lead - AI-Enabled Delivery Role Overview We are looking for an AI Practice Lead to drive the adoption of AI across the software delivery lifecycle SDLC This role focuses on enabling teams to use AI safely and effectively ensuring measurable business value and establishing the change management and governance needed for sustainable AI adoption at scale You ll operate at the intersection of product leadership delivery excellence and applied AI coaching teams shaping platforms and running experiments that improve productivity quality and developer experience Key Responsibilities Define prioritize and manage the AI-enabled platform backlog aligned to business outcomes Drive team adoption of AI in SDLC ceremonies including refinement estimation and retrospectives Coach teams on safe effective and compliant AI usage setting clear guardrails and best practices Establish success metrics feedback loops and change management strategies for AI adoption Design and run experiments A B testing to validate gains in productivity quality and developer experience Partner with engineering product risk and compliance stakeholders to ensure responsible AI use Core Skills Capabilities Robust backlog management stakeholder communication and value stream mapping skills Contextual and prompt engineering literacy to evaluate AI outputs and guide effective usage Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation measurement and outcome tracking Solid understanding of enterprise AI compliance risk management and governance Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in product management Agile leadership or delivery leadership roles Experience with platform developer experience DevEx or internal enablement products preferred Certifications nice to have CSPO PSPO PSM SAFe or equivalent Agile certifications Job Type Freelance Contract length 12 months Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location Remote
