Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Site Supervisor Civil with 0-1 year of experience to oversee civil construction activities at site Fresh civil engineering graduates or diploma holders with basic site knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site Ensure work execution as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards Coordinate with contractors laborers and suppliers Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements Maintain daily site progress reports and labor attendance Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations Assist senior engineers and project managers in site operations Identify and report site issues delays or quality concerns Required Skills Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Fresher to 1 year of experience in civil construction or site supervision Basic knowledge of construction materials methods and tools Ability to read basic drawings and plans Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to work on-site and adapt to site conditions Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Work Location In person
