Implement and monitor Quality Assurance Quality Control systems at site Inspect ongoing construction works RCC finishing waterproofing masonry plastering tiling painting etc Ensure work execution is as per approved drawings specifications and BOQ Conduct material inspections and ensure quality of incoming materials Coordinate with site engineers contractors and consultants to rectify quality issues Prepare and maintain QA QC documentation checklists ITPs MIRs WIRs and test reports Monitor workmanship standards and ensure compliance with IS codes and safety norms Identify non-conformances NCRs and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions Participate in audits inspections and snag list clearance before handover Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of construction quality standards and IS codes Hands-on experience in high-rise residential commercial projects Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Good coordination reporting and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD basic and QA QC formats Qualification Experience Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering 3-8 years of experience in real estate or construction projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per year Work Location In person
