Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Design Project Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our ongoing residential interior projects This person will be the key bridge between our design team vendors clients and on-site teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time Key Responsibilities Client Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase schedule site meetings share updates and manage feedback Vendor Coordination Communicate and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries material quality and site requirements Project Tracking Monitor project progress timelines and deliverables flag delays or issues proactively Procurement Management Manage procurement of materials maintain records of orders deliveries and bills Site Coordination Coordinate with site supervisors contractors and vendors to ensure work is executed as per the design intent and schedule Documentation Maintain all project-related documents including BOQs invoices delivery notes and client approvals Team Support Assist the design team with any support required during project handovers snag list resolutions or vendor interactions Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture Project Management or a related field 2-3 years of relevant work experience in interior project coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and project tracking tools Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines Knowledge of materials vendors and finishes used in interior design is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Ability to commute relocate HSR Layout Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What was your last monthly salary as per your latest pay slip Experience Project coordination 1 year Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
