Job Title Senior Accounts Executive Reports to Chief Financial Officer CFO Job Summary The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial transactions accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger functions within the hospital This role requires robust accounting skills attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Key Responsibilities 1 Manage and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger 2 Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills invoices and other financial obligations 3 Reconcile bank statements credit card statements and other financial accounts 4 Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheets income statements and other financial analysis 5 Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 6 Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and improve financial performance 7 Analyze financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement 8 Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP and hospital policies Qualifications 1 Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field 2 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance preferably in a healthcare setting 3 Professional certification e g CA CMA ACCA preferred 4 Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and hospital financial management 5 Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills 6 Proficiency in financial software and systems e g ERP accounting software Skills 1 Financial analysis and reporting 2 Accounts payable and accounts receivable management 3 General ledger management 4 Financial planning and budgeting 5 Compliance and risk management 6 Communication and interpersonal skills Additional Requirements 1 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 3 Familiarity with hospital financial management systems and regulations Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Master s Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
