Job Title PLC Programmer Job Location Manesar Department Automation Electrical Control Systems Reports To Automation Controls Engineer or Engineering Manager Job Summary The PLC Programmer is responsible for designing developing testing and maintaining programmable logic controller PLC programs for automated machinery and processes The role ensures smooth operation troubleshooting and optimization of industrial control systems Key Responsibilities Develop test and maintain PLC programs for automation systems Siemens Allen-Bradley Schneider Mitsubishi etc Collaborate with electrical engineers mechanical engineers and production teams to implement automation solutions Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues in machinery and production lines Conduct system upgrades and program modifications as needed Create and maintain documentation including program logic diagrams manuals and operational procedures Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations Assist in commissioning and startup of recent equipment Support SCADA HMI integration and communication with PLCs Optimize PLC programs to improve production efficiency and reliability Required Skills Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation or Automation Engineering Proven experience in PLC programming Siemens Allen-Bradley Mitsubishi or similar Familiarity with SCADA HMI systems Knowledge of industrial communication protocols Modbus Profibus Ethernet IP etc Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to read electrical schematics P IDs and wiring diagrams Good understanding of industrial automation and control systems Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
