Designation Store Keeper Industry Real Estate Construction Healthcare Hospital Projects Employment Type Full-Time Location Kalyan - Dombivli Only candidates from this location should apply Key Responsibilities Replenish stock inventories as per company guidelines and requirements Maintain a clean well-organized and safe store environment in compliance with government and safety regulations Manage and organize store layout for easy access and efficient material handling Receive unload inspect and properly shelve all incoming materials and supplies Inspect deliveries for shortages discrepancies or damages and report the same Record and report damaged or rejected materials for documentation and reimbursement Perform stock-related activities such as labeling packaging pricing and returning goods Ensure proper storage of materials by following the FIFO First-In First-Out method Rotate stock and safely dispose of surplus or expired materials as per policy Coordinate movement of materials freight and equipment within the store warehouse Maintain accurate inventory allocation and ensure systematic storage Supervise store staff if applicable and maintain records of material issue and receipt Prepare and generate Material Received Reports MRR on time Maintain and manage inventory data and stock registers Cross-verify monthly inventory and stock reports at the end of each month Ensure all documentation related to purchase orders material receipts and issues is completed accurately and on time Eligibility Criteria Experience as a Store Keeper in Real Estate Construction Hospital Healthcare projects preferred Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation Familiarity with FIFO and material handling procedures Good coordination and record-keeping skills Note Only candidates residing in Kalyan-Dombivli should apply Job Type Full time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
