We are looking for a B Tech-qualified Lab Testing Engineer to manage laboratory testing quality control and performance evaluation of tile adhesives epoxy grouts cement-based grouts and related construction chemicals The candidate will be responsible for routine testing new product trials raw material evaluation and maintaining quality standards as per Indian and international norms Key Responsibilities Conduct physical chemical and performance tests on tile adhesives and epoxy grouts including tensile strength shear adhesion open time slip resistance pot life and flexural strength using lab equipment like universal testing machines viscometers and ovens Prepare and maintain test samples calibrate instruments and document results in Excel-based logs for batch approvals and quality control Perform raw material testing e g cement polymers fillers and track COGS impacts on product formulations Ensure compliance with BIS standards generate test reports and support third-party certifications or customer audits Troubleshoot formulation issues recommend improvements for adhesion durability and shelf-life and assist in scaling lab trials to production Maintain lab inventory safety protocols PPE chemical handling and SOPs for repeatable testing workflows Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
