JD For site supervisor The ideal candidate will have excellent site and vendor management skills and be able to execute the interior project based on finalized designs provided by the designer The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the vendors and designer in order to execute as per the finalized design and within the schedule agreed upon with utmost quality The candidate will have an in-depth understanding of materials working techniques dependencies of activities in the interiors field and apply it to deliver a smooth site execution experience The desired candidate should be able to work closely with the Design team and Execution partners in order to deliver to customers the best interior design experience of their life Responsibilities Oversee day to day operations of the Site to ensure project execution as per agreed schedule To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others Provide positive direction to execution partners to motivate and implement quality performance Set project goals and oversee projects to completion Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas Residential Projects Communicate timely and effectively with clients designers contractors vendors to eliminate delays and blockages in execution Prepare interim and final checklists and reports and submit to the management as required Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and designers in case of deviations as per company principles Handle escalations at site in a professional manner Travelling will be there approximately 4- - 50 kms on a 2 wheeler Qualification 2 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry Good Communication skills in English and Hindi is Mandatory Candidates should be positive at multitasking and be able to handle 4-6 projects simultaneously Candidates must be self-motivated energetic be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry Experience of Auto-CAD ability to read detailed joinery drawings and MS Office is a must Experience of Coordination with Client Designers from concept to final stage Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines Monitoring site execution processes and providing training and team building sessions are required Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times Performing equipment material and routine site inspections Scheduling regular meetings with vendors site inspectors managers and staff Writing up reports budgets project plans and presenting them to relevant stakeholders Working closely with architects and other professionals Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Application Question s Do you have own two wheeler Please share your salary details below Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Interior Site Supervisor 2 years Required Language English Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
