JD Project Engineer Site Engineer - Interiors Furnishings Group DS Global Biz Group brands Pretfab DS Dezigns Location Delhi NCR Reporting to Founder Project Manager Experience 3-6 years Role Type Full-time Site-based Role Overview DS Global Biz is looking for a Project Engineer Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate interior and furnishing projects executed through external contractors installers and factories across its group brands Pretfab and DS Dezigns The role involves site execution control coordination quality checks and timely delivery across multiple projects Key Responsibilities Site Readiness Planning Verify site readiness check measurements levels services availability and coordinate execution sequencing before work commencement Contractor Coordination Coordinate with civil carpentry electrical plumbing contractors DS Dezigns and installation teams for curtains blinds wall coverings and furnishings Pretfab Drawings Execution Control Understand and follow approved working drawings and installation details highlight discrepancies and ensure execution as per specifications Quality Control Inspect workmanship and installation quality at every stage and ensure finishes meet approved standards Measurements BOQs Take and verify site measurements support BOQ preparation and track variations or additional works Material Vendor Coordination Coordinate material dispatches from factories and vendors verify specifications and manage on-site handling to avoid delays or damage Progress Tracking Reporting Track execution progress share regular site updates and photographs and flag risks or delays proactively Snag Management Handover Prepare snag lists coordinate rectifications and support final inspection and handover readiness Safety Site Discipline Ensure basic safety practices site cleanliness and contractor discipline Client Stakeholder Coordination Support site meetings client walkthroughs and maintain professional communication on site Required Skills Experience Must-Have 3-6 years experience in interior fit-outs or construction site execution Strong understanding of site practices and coordination Ability to read and understand working drawings Willingness to work extensively on site Preferred Diploma BE in Civil Engineering Experience in residential or builder-floor projects Exposure to soft furnishings installations or modular interiors Basic Excel and reporting skills Personal Attributes Execution-focused and practical Comfortable working across multiple sites Willing to learn and grow within a group setup Takes ownership of site responsibilities Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Perks Leave encashment Work Location In person
