Craysol is looking for a HR Executive who is responsible for performing a wide range of HR related tasks and works closely with the management team to support various functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations etc Immediate joiners only What you ll do Overseeing talent acquisition processes including recruitment selection and onboarding of employees Facilitate newcomers joining formalities Review update job descriptions for all positions regularly Managing employee relations and addressing issues such as grievances conflicts or disciplinary actions Manage statutory compliances such as PF ESIC Organize employee engagement activities and events Prepare submit all necessary HR letters documents certificates and attendance in consultation with management Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations at local state and federal levels Requirements Master s degree in Human Resources Good problem-solving abilities Team management skills Email drafting proficiency In- depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience range 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment statutory compliance Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s What is your current salary Are you an immediate joiner Education Master s Preferred Experience Recruiting 1 year Preferred Statutory 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
