Job Overview The Sr Executive HR Employee Engagement will be responsible for promoting a positive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction retention and productivity This role focuses on implementing engagement initiatives that strengthen the emotional and qualified connection between employees and the organization ultimately enhancing workplace culture and performance Key Responsibilities Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture satisfaction and retention Plan events like team-building activities workshops and cultural celebrations that promote collaboration and a positive work environment Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure employees are informed about company updates events and opportunities for growth Coordinate newsletters announcements and other forms of employee communication Develop and manage employee surveys e g satisfaction engagement and pulse surveys to gather feedback and insights Implement and manage recognition programs to highlight employee contributions and foster a culture of appreciation Assist in curating reward systems that align with employee motivations and company goals Promote health and well-being programs to support employees physical mental and emotional wellness Partner with vendors to provide wellness resources and activities such as health check-ups mental health support and fitness initiatives Plan and execute both virtual and in-person company events celebrations and milestones Manage budgets and resources for employee engagement events ensuring alignment with company policies Act as a point of contact for employee queries feedback and concerns related to engagement Work with HR and leadership to ensure employee feedback is addressed in a timely and effective manner Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
