Job Role We are looking for General Manager - Marketing you will be responsible for planning building and managing the marketing team for real estate projects Your role includes recruitment coordination with HR daily supervision of marketing activities performance monitoring and regular reporting to HR and management Job Responsibilities Recruit build and manage a Marketing team of 5 executives strictly subject to HR approval and finalization Coordinate with HR during the entire recruitment process including candidate shortlisting interviews and final selection Assign daily marketing tasks and targets to team members and ensure proper execution Monitor and follow up on daily work performance including site visits lead generation client follow-ups and promotional activities Maintain discipline productivity and motivation within the team Ensure all marketing activities align with company policies and project goals Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to HR covering Individual team performance Leads generated and conversions Field activity updates Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and HR management Ensure timely reporting attendance tracking and adherence to company guidelines Bachelor s degree in Business Real Estate Finance or related field Master s preferred Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P L responsibilities Excellent communication negotiation problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead and motivate teams prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure Knowledge of real estate market dynamics legal requirements and compliance standards Job Types Full-time Freelance Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Real estate sales 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
