We MSP Retail Pvt Ltd Franchisee of Max Fashions India is looking for an experienced and motivated Department Manager to join our team in Calicut Kannur Thrissur and Malappuram region As a Department Manager you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring operational excellence You will manage a team of associates maintain inventory create strategies to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the department including overseeing team members and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed departmental goals Maintain visual merchandising standards to promote product sales and brand identity Train coach and develop team members to improve product knowledge sales skills and customer service techniques Ensure inventory levels are maintained and stock is properly displayed ensuring product availability for customers Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions and in-store events Qualifications Proven experience in retail management preferably in the apparel or fashion industry Robust leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of merchandising sales strategies and inventory management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor s degree in business retail management or related field preferred but not required Job Type Full-time Pay From 23 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
