Job Title Founding Business Head - Study Abroad Division Location Chennai Company Advice with Accounts Chennai Pvt Ltd Salary Range based on experience About the Company We are setting up a new company in Chennai with the vision to build multiple business verticals under a single future-ready brand Our first focus area will be launching a full-fledged Study Abroad consultancy focused on the UK market We are seeking a founding team member who can build this business from scratch someone with domain experience and entrepreneurial drive who is ready to lead the setup and scaling of this vertical Key Responsibilities Business Setup Strategy Plan and execute the complete setup of the new UK-focused education consultancy Support in establishing a physical office space in Chennai Build the business model structure SOPs and service workflows end-to-end Guide the development of the website and branding assets in collaboration with tech marketing partners Operations Execution Recruit and manage a small initial team for counselling admissions and support roles Build and maintain a strong client base of students parents and educational partners Coordinate with universities and education providers in the UK Handle vendor coordination service agreements and compliance where required Sales Partnerships Develop lead generation strategies through offline and online campaigns Represent the company in student fairs institutional visits and B2B meetings Build collaborations with colleges schools and influencers Candidate Profile Must-Have 4-8 years of experience in the Study Abroad International Education sector with hands-on knowledge of UK admissions visa process Prior experience in starting or scaling a study abroad office or vertical independently Good knowledge of business operations team management and branding fundamentals Willingness to take full ownership and build something from the ground up Strong leadership and decision-making skills Desirable Existing network of UK university contacts Website content creation exposure Startup or entrepreneurial mindset What We Offer Full support in setting up and scaling operations Opportunity to be part of the core founding team with long-term leadership potential Competitive salary Provident Fund Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
