Job Title Export Sales Manager Agri-Commodities Location Bengaluru Karnataka In office Hybrid Company OneRoot ENP Farms Private Limited Type Full-time About OneRoot At OneRoot we are on a mission to connect the world with the finest flavors of India while empowering the farmers who grow them We specialize in the ethical sourcing and export of premium agricultural produce including tropical fruit pulps Mango Guava Papaya fresh tender coconuts heritage spices Turmeric Cardamom and pure honey By eliminating middlemen and sourcing directly from our network of 1 000 partner farmers we ensure fair trade for growers and uncompromised quality for our global clients The Role We are looking for a driven and experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our expansion into international markets You will be the face of OneRoot to global buyers responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing B2B relationships and overseeing the end-to-end export cycle from order to delivery If you understand the nuances of the agri-export industry and are passionate about taking Indian agriculture to the world we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Global Business Development Identify and open new markets for OneRoot s portfolio specifically Fruit Pulps Spices and Fresh Produce in regions like the Middle East Europe SE Asia and North America Client Acquisition actively prospect international buyers importers and distributors through cold outreach trade shows and digital platforms Sales Lifecycle Management Handle the entire sales process from lead generation and price negotiation to contract closing and payment realization Logistics Compliance Work with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments Ensure all export documentation Invoices Packing Lists BL COO Phyto certificates complies with country-specific regulations Market Intelligence Monitor global commodity price trends competitor activities and demand shifts to price our products competitively Customer Relationship Build long-term trust with international clients serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries quality specifications and after-sales support What We Are Looking For Experience 4 years of proven experience in Agri-Commodity Exports or International Food Trading Experience with fruit pulps or spices is a distinct advantage Knowledge Deep understanding of Incoterms FOB CIF etc payment terms LC TT DA DP and export documentation procedures in India Network Existing relationships with international buyers or importers in the food beverage industry is highly preferred Skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills English is mandatory additional foreign languages are a plus Education MBA in International Business Marketing or a Bachelor s degree in Agriculture Agri-Business Management Why Join OneRoot Impact Work directly on initiatives that improve farmer livelihoods and promote sustainable agriculture Growth Be part of a fast-growing agri-tech venture with opportunities to lead high-value international deals Culture A transparent energetic and purpose-driven work environment based in Bengaluru Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Work Location In person
