Key Roles Responsibilities 1 Customer Service Greet customers politely and professionally upon arrival Assist guests in opening doors Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests Respond to guest inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel 2 Vehicle Handling Safely drive and park vehicles in designated areas Retrieve customer vehicles promptly upon request Perform visual inspections of vehicles for any damage before taking over Maintain keys securely and in an organized manner 3 Traffic Management Assist in managing entry and exit traffic in the parking area Ensure proper utilization of available parking space Coordinate with security or other staff to prevent congestion or unauthorized parking 4 Safety Security Follow all safety protocols while driving or parking vehicles Report any suspicious activities accidents or vehicle issues immediately Ensure vehicles are locked and secured once parked 5 Record Keeping Maintain a log of all vehicles parked including time-in time-out and vehicle details 6 Appearance Conduct Wear a clean complete uniform at all times Maintain personal hygiene and professional behavior Avoid using mobile phones for personal reasons during duty hours 7 Coordination Work closely with other valet staff security and building management Attend team briefings or training sessions as required Assist in special event parking or high-traffic days as needed Preferred Qualifications Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license Familiarity with automatic and manual transmissions Basic communication skills in Hindi Marathi or English Prior experience in valet or customer service roles preferred Job Type Full time Pay Up to 22 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Work Location In person
