Job Summary The Associate is responsible for assisting the process of taking a company public The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of capital markets regulatory frameworks e g SEBI SEC and financial reporting Key Responsibilities Assist and coordinate all aspects of the IPO process from strategy to execution Work closely with internal teams legal finance investor relations and external advisors investment bankers auditors legal counsel Assist in the preparation of IPO documentation including the Draft Red Herring Prospectus DRHP Red Herring Prospectus RHP and final prospectus Develop and execute internal communication strategies related to the IPO Assist in post-IPO obligations including disclosures investor communications and corporate governance updates Experience Minimum 5 years of experience including at least 2 Years of IPOs handled directly or in a lead role Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks SEBI SEC etc Job Type Full time Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Application Question s How many years of exp you have in IPO Management Work Location In person
