Job Role TL-EHS Job Locations SRIPERUMBUDUR TAMIL NADU INDIA Required Experience 8 - 12 Years Skills Team lead Interactions with Government legal bodies Safety legal requirements knowledge Share Advise management on the latest EHS legal updates statutory requirements and compliance obligations - Develop and implement EHS policies procedures and programs aligned with statutory and company standards - Conduct plant EHS audits identify gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions - Assess adequacy of EHS controls and recommend system improvements - Lead plant risk assessments incident investigations and environmental aspects- impact studies mitigate critical risks in collaboration with plant managers - Drive initiatives for workplace safety accident prevention waste management and sustainability practices - Champion ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management system requirements - Conduct employee training awareness sessions and emergency preparedness drills - Lead safety committees and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and best practices - Monitor usage availability and maintenance of PPE - Prepare documentation and compliance reports for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders - Promote and embed a culture of safety environmental responsibility and continuous improvement at all organizational levels
