Roles Responsibilities Preparation of MEP proposal drawings shop drawings and as-built drawings Drafting and detailing of Plumbing Water Supply and Drainage Systems Preparation of design calculations schematics and detailed drawings Knowledge and drafting of Piping Duct layouts Tank capacity calculations and water demand calculations Familiarity with NBC NFPA standards Preparation of Technical Data Sheets Commissioning Reports and Handover Documents Coordination with project and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy Skills Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP drafting Strong proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory Positive understanding of MEP systems and standards Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Diploma Preferred Experience Total 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
