Position QC Engineer - Electrical Manufacturing Location Peddaypalle Balanagar Mandal Nagarkurnool Mahaboobnagar District Telangana - 509385 Experience 2-5 years Qualification Diploma B E B Tech in Electrical or Electronics Industry Electrical Manufacturing Industrial Automation Panel Manufacturing We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused QC Engineer to join our team in the electrical manufacturing sector The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with TUV ISO and other relevant standards You will play a key role in maintaining quality systems and driving continuous improvement across production processes Key Responsibilities Conduct in-process and final inspections of electrical panels assemblies and components Ensure adherence to TUV ISO 9001 and other quality standards applicable to electrical manufacturing Maintain quality documentation and records as per audit requirements Prepare and update QC checklists test reports and compliance records Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA Coordinate internal and external audits and support certification processes Liaise with the production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues Provide training to shop floor staff on quality procedures and inspection methods Maintain calibration records of testing equipment Key Skills Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes LT HT panels switchboards wiring etc Familiar with TUV ISO 9001 IEC and related quality standards Valuable understanding of inspection tools test procedures and documentation Attention to detail problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to handle audits and compliance requirements confidently Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP QMS software tools Preferred Experience Prior experience in electrical panel manufacturing or industrial electrical equipment Exposure to TUV certification processes and ISO audit handling Job Type Full-time Pay 9 416 86 - 30 000 93 per month Application Question s Do you have experience in inspecting electrical panels or wiring assemblies Are you familiar with ISO 9001 and or TUV audit compliance processes How many years of experience do you have in Quality Control or Electrical Testing Have you worked in an electrical or switchgear manufacturing company before What is your current CTC and expected CTC What is your notice period Are you willing to work at our factory location in Peddaypalle Balanagar Mandal Nagarkurnool Mahaboobnagar District Telangana - 509385 Work Location In person
