Assistant Accounts Executive Company Royallinks Location HSR Layout Bangalore Salary Range 25 000 - 35 000 per month About the Company Royallinks is a fast-growing organization based in HSR Layout Bangalore focused on delivering quality services with professionalism and efficiency We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations Position Overview The Assistant Accounts Executive will assist in daily accounting tasks GST compliance financial documentation and reporting activities The candidate must have a solid understanding of GST and general accounting principles Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day accounting activities including entries invoicing and reconciliation Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support GST return filing GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with GST regulations Prepare monthly reports and assist with finalization of accounts Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash management Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing- and payment-related queries Assist senior accountants and management in various accounting tasks Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely completion of accounting activities Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field Robust knowledge of GST invoicing and general accounting principles 1-3 years of experience in accounting preferred Proficiency in Tally E-Accounting Software and MS Excel Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Job Type Full-time Pay 10 664 75 - 33 318 20 per month Work Location In person
