Job Summary The Payment Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing and reconciling receivables from distributors stockists and institutional clients The role involves close coordination with the sales and marketing teams ensuring timely collection of payments monitoring outstanding balances and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and accounting regulations Key Responsibilities o Monitor distributor and stockist accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables and proper allocation of payments o Generate and dispatch invoices debit notes and credit notes as per sales transactions and schemes o Track collection schedules and follow up with field sales officers and customers for overdue payments Reconcile customer ledgers and ensure accuracy between accounts receivable and customer statements Coordinate with the sales logistics and marketing departments to resolve billing or delivery-related discrepancies Maintain detailed records of C agents institutional clients and retail distributors Prepare monthly aging reports collection summaries and cash flow forecasts for management review Ensure proper documentation for credit approvals discounts and return claims o Assist auditors during monthly quarterly and annual audits related to receivables Maintain compliance with GST TDS and pharma trade norms DPCO HSN codes Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance B Com M Com Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry Working knowledge of Tally SAP or any ERP system Solid understanding of pharma distribution channels credit policies and scheme settlements Proficiency in MS Excel Word and financial reporting tools Excellent communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and ability to meet strict collection timelines Mail us hrtyykem gmail com Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
