Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred: Experience in QA/QC for MEP works in Data Centre Projects.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer QA/QC to ensure the highest quality standards for
MEP works on Data Centre projects. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing project quality
plans, conducting inspections, managing quality documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and
ensuring compliance with project specications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Quality Planning & Documentation
Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for MEP
works.
Review and verify method statements, work procedures, and material submittals to ensure
compliance with project specications.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, quality
records, and testing documentation.

2. Inspection & Testing
Coordinate and conduct quality inspections for MEP installations, including Electrical, HVAC, Fire
Fighting, and Plumbing systems. Ensure all activities are inspected and approved in accordance with approved ITPs and method
statements before progressing to the next stage.

Witness and verify testing activities such as:
Pressure testing
Insulation resistance testing
Functional and performance testing
Other MEP quality tests as per project requirements.

3. Coordination & Communication

Act as the primary QA/QC interface between the Main Contractor, Consultants, Subcontractors, and
the Corporate QA Department.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance across all MEP disciplines.




Participate in quality review meetings and provide regular updates on inspection status, quality
issues, and corrective actions.

4. NCR & Corrective Action Management
Identify quality deviations and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Monitor and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure.
Maintain NCR logs, analyze recurring issues, and report quality trends to the QA/QC Manager.

5. Compliance & Quality Audits
Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specications, client requirements, local regulations,
and international quality standards.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, work instructions, and quality control measures
throughout project execution.

6. Project Handover & Documentation
Assist in preparing and reviewing:
As-built drawings
Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) Manuals
Test certicates
Inspection records
Quality dossiers
Ensure all quality documentation is complete and submitted to the client/consultant during project
handover.

7. Continuous Improvement
Conduct toolbox talks and quality awareness sessions for project teams.
Recommend improvements to quality processes, inspection procedures, and site execution
practices.
Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the project team.
Required Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of QA/QC practices for MEP projects.
Experience in Data Centre projects is highly preferred.
Thorough understanding of PQP, ITP, Method Statements, and Quality Documentation.
Knowledge of international codes, standards, and quality management systems.
Strong understanding of MEP testing and commissioning processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Profciency in MSce and QA/QC documentation tools.
