We're Hiring | Senior Manager Solar Projects

Our client, a leading Industrial Real Estate Developer, is looking for a Senior Manager Solar Projects to lead the execution of rooftop solar projects across its portfolio of industrial and logistics parks.

This is an excellent prospect for professionals with strong solar project execution experience who are looking to grow into a strategic commercial role involving client management and PPA structuring over time.

Key Responsibilities:

>Manage end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects from feasibility, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

>Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, engineering, procurement, legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

>Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

>Support statutory approvals, documentation, and contract execution.

>Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term asset performance.





>Collaborate on ESG and sustainability initiatives across the industrial and logistics park portfolio.

Preferred Experience

>8+ years of experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Rooftop Solar Projects.

>Strong expertise in end-to-end solar project execution.

>Experience coordinating with EPC contractors and managing multiple stakeholders.

>Good understanding of rooftop solar systems, project lifecycle, net metering, and regulatory approvals.

>Exposure to CAPEX/RESCO models and PPAs is desirable but not mandatory.

>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy) or a related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
