Role & responsibilities

1. Carry out activities related to Material Master

- The initiator should be adequately trained on the usage of Templates for Material creation and extension
- The follow-up with the approvers to ensure the completion of approval in time in Jira
- Final upload to SAP and communication with the initiator regarding the status.

2. Maintenance of the SAP S4 Data upload template for all Master data

- All templates should be maintained in the Confluence site with version control
- Any changes to the template need to be communicated to Users from time to time.

3. Carry out activities for all other master data

- Ensures all data is uploaded to SAP S4 as per the requirements for Customer/Vendor and other master data.

4. User Access Review

- Checking of user access based on roles and responsibilities, based on agreed periodicity.
- Access revocation verification based on the HR User list and Off roll employees.

5. All Audit support and drive Compliance

6. High level understanding of FI, MM, SD, PM, PS modules
