Are you someone who enjoys managing operations, coordinating with vendors, handling assets efficiently, and working with data & reports? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented skilled to join our team as an IT Asset & Vendor Management Executive.

This role is ideal for candidates who have strong coordination skills, hands-on experience in Asset/Vendor Management, and excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel & SAP.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of company assets from procurement to disposal
- Maintain accurate asset records, inventory details, and perform regular audits
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and escalations
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence




- Handle inventory management and stock tracking efficiently
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers using Advanced Excel
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth asset allocation and tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and SAP MM.
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Dashboards)

Experience in:

- Asset Management
- SAP MM
- Vendor Management
- Inventory Management
- Procurement Coordination
- SLA Tracking

Working knowledge of SAP preferred
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
