Role & responsibilities :
- To deliver the required conjugate and coated beads stocks for specified Projects as per production timelines.
- To carry out HRP conjugations and Biotinylations for specified Projects at Production scale.
- To carry out magbeads coating for specified Projects at Production scale.
- To handle chromatography and membrane filtration techniques.
- To maintain the raw materials, stock conjuagtes and documents .
- Prepare documents like SOPs, MFR, BMR, test license and manufacturing license.
- Guide the team correctly for any Purification and Bio-conjugation related activities.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Expertise in handling Proteins and Downstream processing techniques.
- Hands on experience in handling Chromatography columns, HPLC and membrane separations.
- Worked extensively on bio-conjugations and magbeads coating.
