Job Title: ServiceNow App Engine Architect

Location: Mumbai (In office)

Experience: 6+ Years Overall | Minimum 3 Years in ServiceNow App Engine/Creator Workflows
Budget: Up to 36 LPA

Role Overview:
We are looking for a ServiceNow App Engine Architect to lead the design and delivery of low-code/no-code applications on the ServiceNow App Engine platform, with strong command over architecture, workflow automation, integrations, and solution governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design scalable enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine
- Lead solution architecture discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Define application architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, and security controls
- Develop and govern App Engine development standards and reusable components
- Design and review integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs
- Support estimation, solution documentation, and technical proposals




- Guide developers through code reviews and technical mentoring
- Participate in customer workshops, solution demos, and architecture reviews

Required Skills:

- 6+ years overall IT experience; minimum 3 years hands-on ServiceNow App Engine/Creator Workflows
- Strong understanding of App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, UI Builder, Workspace Development, Data Modeling, ACLs, Client Scripts, Business Rules
- Experience building enterprise-grade custom applications on ServiceNow
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in Agile delivery environments

Preferred Certifications:

- ServiceNow CAD, CSA, CAA (Certified Application Architect)
