Role Overview:

- We are seeking a strategic and experienced lead role for Microsoft D365 to lead our BizApps service line solutions.
- This role will focus on driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including CRM, and Power Platform, for domestic clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps
- Preferably having COPILOT based scenarios implementation / POC executed
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft and clients to co-create solutions




- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive delivery and pursue opportunities in the Indian market independently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Experience and Power Platform
- Solid domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services
- Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage client engagements
- Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape
