Key Responsibilities • Accurate input and validation of trade finance transactions in the system (LCs, BGs, collections, remittances, loans etc.) • Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines • Perform document checking and scrutiny as per trade finance requirements • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Buyer groups, Operations, Compliance, taxation, IT etc.) • Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks and vendors to ensure timely closure of transactions • Identify and resolve discrepancies; follow up for pending documents and clarifications • Maintain proper records, MIS,



and transaction trackers • Support closure of transactions within defined TATs Key Skills & Competencies • Basic understanding of Trade Finance products and operational workflows • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Valuable coordination, communication, and follow-up skills • Ability to work in a process-driven, deadline-oriented environment • Working knowledge of MS Excel and core banking/trade systems Preferred Attributes • Exposure to banking or financial services operations • Knowledge of ICC rules (UCP 600, ISBP, URC) is an added advantage • Willingness to learn, adaptable, and a team player Other Requirements • Immediate joiner preferred • High standards of integrity and professionalism
