- Handle inbound customer calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain quality standards

HSC/ Any Graduate.
Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process or domestic experience with Good communication skills
Strong customer handling skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Interview mode:Virtual with in boundary (Mumbai)
***Shifting Details ***
Fixed 5 day working
Punjabi language
HSC + 6 months CS Experience mandate
*5 days working and Saturday Sunday fixed off*
Need Excellent English Communication
*Shift timing 8am to 5pm fixed shift
