Job Description: Sales Manager - Sourcing

Location: Malad, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager - Sourcing to generate quality leads and drive business for our premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage sourcing channels through brokers, channel partners, and direct networks.
- Generate qualified leads for premium residential projects.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market outreach and ensure a consistent pipeline of prospective buyers.
- Work closely with the closing team to achieve sales targets.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5-7 years in residential real estate sales/sourcing.
- Proven experience in sourcing for residential properties with ticket sizes of 3-5 crore and above.
- Strong network and market knowledge in Western Mumbai.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to generate quality business opportunities.
