We are seeking an experienced Fabric Marketing Manager to drive fabric sales, acquire new clients, manage existing accounts, and lead business development activities within the textile industry. The role requires strong knowledge of fabrics, textile markets, sales pipelines, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new markets, clients, products, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from client meetings and quotations to order closure and payment collection.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with finance, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.
- Maintain accurate sales data and client activities in the CRM.
- Prepare sales reports, track targets,



and monitor team performance.
- Lead, train, and manage the business development team.
- Provide market insights and support promotional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and sales of fabrics or yarns.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, applications, textile markets, and sales channels.
- Proven experience in acquiring current clients and generating repeat business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented, proactive, organised, and able to perform under pressure.
