We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to identify investors holding physical share certificates and assist them in converting their holdings into Demat form. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, Demat account opening, customer education, and coordinating the end-to-end dematerialisation process while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach investors holding physical share certificates.
- Generate leads through referrals, databases, campaigns, and field activities.
- Educate clients on the advantages and process of Demat conversion.
- Assist customers with Demat and trading account opening.
- Guide clients in completing Dematerialisation Request Forms (DRFs) and required documentation.
- Coordinate with Depository Participants (DPs), RTAs, and internal teams for timely processing.




- Follow up until shares are successfully credited to the client's Demat account.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities for financial products.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services, stock broking, Demat account sales, or banking sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude are also welcome to apply.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Demat accounts, securities markets, and stock market operations.
- Customer relationship management and lead conversion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in Demat account acquisition.
- Exposure to investor services, stock broking, or capital market operations.
