Job Title HR Officer Location Meerut Uttar Pradesh Employment Type Full-time Experience 1-2 years Preference Local Meerut candidates only Requirement Due to site accommodation and field conditions this position is open to male candidates Note The role may require soemtime visits to project sites when required About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team PSH Infratech Pvt Ltd in Meerut The ideal candidate should be locally based and comfortable traveling to company sites for HR coordination employee management and field-related HR tasks You will support key HR functions such as recruitment onboarding employee relations and administrative duties Key Responsibilities Recruitment Hiring Post job openings screen candidates and coordinate interviews Support manpower hiring for site roles Onboarding Complete joining formalities and ensure smooth induction for new hires at site locations Site HR Coordination Visit project sites regularly to handle attendance resolve employee concerns and ensure policy compliance Maintain effective communication between site teams and the main office HR Administration Maintain employee records documentation and HRIS data Assist with payroll inputs attendance reports and leave management Employee Relations Handle employee queries professionally and support engagement and welfare activities Compliance Ensure labor law compliance at sites and assist in HR audits and inspections Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in HR experience in construction field site HR is a plus Must be based in Meerut Comfortable with frequent site visits Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office HRIS experience is an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Travel allowance for site visits Growth and learning opportunities Supportive and professional work environment How to Apply Interested candidates can apply through Indeed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location Remote
