Site Supervisor We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution and quality control of our interior design projects including retail showrooms office spaces and other environments The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into reality managing on-site activities and ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards Key Responsibilities The Site Supervisor will be the primary in office manager focusing on project execution and coordination Project Execution Quality Control o Oversee and manage all on-site construction fitting out and installation activities o Ensure all installations and finishes align precisely with the design specifications and required Finishing standards o Participate in site visits monitor progress and report on project execution to management o Create 2D 3D Models using Auto Cad Coordination Stakeholder Management o Vendor Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for and coordinate effectively with vendors sub-contractors and other project stakeholders o Coordinate daily site operations material delivery and labor deployment to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime Material Cost Management o Verify the accuracy of the Bill of Quantity BOQ against on-site requirements and deliveries o Monitor and manage on-site materials ensuring accurate inventory and minimizing waste o Track and report on Material Costing relative to the project budget Documentation Reporting o Maintain organized accurate and up-to-date records of site activities progress material usage and documentation o Assist in preparing and reviewing progress reports ensuring transparency and accountability o Ensure all work adheres to brand identity standards as well as relevant safety regulations and building codes Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
