We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing legal firm The candidate will be responsible for promoting the firm s legal and compliance services identifying potential clients and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives The role requires excellent communication skills a professional attitude and the ability to understand and explain legal solutions in simple business terms Key Responsibilities Identify connect and build relationships with potential clients startups MSMEs corporates and individuals Promote legal compliance and business registration services e g company formation trademark GST contracts legal drafting etc Conduct regular client follow-ups and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Maintain CRM data prepare daily weekly sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets Coordinate with the legal and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery Attend networking events webinars and client meetings to represent the firm Understand client pain points and suggest appropriate legal solutions Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferred Business Administration Marketing Law or related field Proven experience in sales business development or client acquisition experience in legal or consulting sector preferred Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Good understanding of business compliance and legal documentation preferred but not mandatory Ability to meet targets and work independently Key Performance Indicators KPIs Monthly revenue target achievement Number of qualified leads generated and converted Client retention and satisfaction rate Follow-up and response efficiency Perks Benefits Attractive incentive structure based on performance Opportunity to work with experienced legal professionals Growth opportunities and learning in business law compliance and client management Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
