We are looking for a skilled Planning Billing Engineer to join our team and support project planning cost management and client billing activities The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills experience in project scheduling and knowledge of construction billing processes Prepare and verify Running Account RA bills final bills and subcontractor bills Check and confirm quantities measurements and BOQ items as per drawings and site execution Prepare and update work orders cost estimates and rate analysis Maintain and reconcile material consumption client billing and subcontractor billing Coordinate with site engineers project managers and clients for smooth billing processes Review and certify subcontractor claims variations and extra items Maintain all billing-related records and support documentation for audits Prepare and submit monthly billing reports MIS and financial updates Monitor project progress and align billing with project timelines Ensure all billing complies with contractual terms and company policies Plan and allocate resources such as manpower materials and equipment coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Requirements Diploma B Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred 2-6 years of experience in planning billing construction industry Strong knowledge of Excel AutoCAD MS Project Primavera Good understanding of quantity surveying and rate analysis Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Strong communication and coordination skills Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
