Key Responsibilities Installation and Setup Install configure and maintain various home automation systems including security cameras CCTV video door phones gate automation and burglar alarms Troubleshooting and Support Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to home automation and security products providing on-site or remote support as needed System Testing Ensure that all systems are installed and functioning properly before delivery to clients Customer Interaction Interact with customers to understand their needs provide product training and ensure satisfaction with system performance Maintenance Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure systems are running efficiently Documentation Maintain accurate records of installations repairs and customer communications Collaboration Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth workflow from installation to after-sales support Requirements Experience At least 1 year of experience in the installation maintenance or troubleshooting of home automation security systems CCTV video door phones and similar technologies Technical Skills Robust knowledge of electrical and network systems home automation platforms security system setup and troubleshooting Communication Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle technical issues in a timely manner Customer-Centric A passion for customer service with a focus on delivering high-quality support and satisfaction Educational Qualification A diploma or degree with basic knowledge Additional Skills Preferred Knowledge of networking IP cameras routers etc basic programming skills and familiarity with industry standards for security and automation system Job Type Full-time Pay 14 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
