We are Hirirng Production Supervisor for Nagpur Hingna MIDC Nagpur Maharashtra Position Production Supervisor Salary Rs 18 000 - Rs 22 000 Qualification Diploma Bachelor s in Engineering Mechanical Experience required 2-3 Years Industry Sheet Metal fabrication Manufacturing Location Hingna MIDC Nagpur Maharashtra Roles Responsibilities To receive the production schedule plan weekly monthly To prepare and maintain the lists of machines tools being used process plans control plans check sheets measuring and monitoring equipment s To prepare daily plan -loading chart machine plant wise as per Priority To monitor all above plans against actual for any slip ups and take immediate CA to the requirement of PPC To do the periodical validation of the welding process and monitor the controlling parameters for compliance To do in-process inspection which includes - first part last part and in between operations - QC checks To have control on non-conforming products as per procedure These should be identified during in-process QC done or items received back from down the line processes final inspection To analyze the data on non-conformance recorded observed to find the root cause for C A and take appropriate C A Identification and traceability from Welding Stage - priming stage - to finishing - to RFD To do manpower management including control w r t to numbers competence and training so that manpower is used effectively and productively To maintain a production record with Plan Vs Actual output along with the reason To send the material to the suppliers for outsourced processes and keep a record of the same To plan the availability of the child part To achieve Schedule Vs Dispatch for every month To maintain a minimum 3 S level of housekeeping in the department To do ISO TPM Lean activity in department company For more details you can reach us on (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 79 - 22 000 28 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
