Job Category Product Development We are seeking a highly skilled engineer who will drive the development of cloud-native microservices that integrate ERP and EPM platforms and lead innovative initiatives in both Agentic AI and traditional AI solutions This role requires deep technical expertise strong ownership and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment collaborating across global cross-functional teams As we expand next-generation financial and operational system integrations you will play a pivotal part in building scalable microservices frameworks and intelligent automation layers that leverage real-time enterprise data Experience working with Oracle Fusion Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI and modern AI frameworks will be key to succeeding in this role Responsibilities Responsibilities Design develop and deploy scalable cloud-native microservices to enable secure and efficient integration between ERP and EPM systems Work hands-on with Kubernetes Docker and OCI services Object Storage IDCS Networking OIC OAuth Security etc Build intelligent integration capabilities using Agentic AI and traditional machine learning approaches to automate business workflows and decision assistance Collaborate with product owners solution architects Fusion developers AI teams and QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases and integration solutions Take full technical ownership of integration projects from requirement analysis architecture development to deployment support Ensure performance reliability observability telemetry and fault-tolerant behavior in production microservices environments Participate in solution design reviews and provide expert recommendations to optimize architecture and improve system performance Document design artifacts deliver technical presentations and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders Evaluate current technologies prototype proof-of-concepts and drive innovation in AI-enabled enterprise automation Support hiring mentoring and knowledge sharing within the engineering team Required Skills Experience 4-10 years of hands-on experience developing cloud-native microservices and distributed systems Strong proficiency in Java J2EE Spring Boot or Helidon frameworks REST services and microservice design patterns Robust experience with Kubernetes Docker CI CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Git Jenkins and Gradle Good knowledge of SQL PLSQL and performance tuning in Java and or database-based systems Experience working with Oracle OCI services Object Storage IDCS Functions Vault etc Familiarity with ERP EPM integration patterns APIs security contexts OAuth SAML and enterprise event frameworks Knowledge or hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks LLM-based solutions or ML-based automation Excellent analytical debugging and problem-solving skills with strong verbal and written communication Preferred Additional Advantage Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP development BIP OTBI HDL FBDI or Fusion Spectra Services Prior development experience on Oracle Financials Cloud or Fusion Middleware Exposure to event streaming platforms such as Kafka or OCI Streaming Cloud certification s in OCI Kubernetes Java Background in building AI-augmented enterprise features What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge ERP EPM integration and AI-driven automation initiatives Ability to drive innovation and transformation at scale across global enterprise products A collaborative work culture with emphasis on ownership learning and rapid growth Posting Summary We are building advanced enterprise integration capabilities and AI-accelerated automation solutions to support the next generation of Oracle Cloud ERP EPM applications We are looking for exceptional engineers with strong cloud-native development experience deep technical problem-solving skills and passion for exploring Agentic and Gen AI technologies Qualifications Career Level -
